Juventus are considering the possibility of terminating Paul Pogba's contract, six months after signing him from Manchester United.

It hasn't been the reunion that was expected with the midfielder yet to play a competitive game foThere has been some increasing sense of disquiet between the club's board, the supporters and Pogba over his conduct since coming back to Turin.

He picked up a knee injury during a preseason game. He differed with the club on whether he should undergo surgery or not with the former Manchester United midfielder preferring not to so as to be ready for the World Cup as the Mirror reports.

Knee surgery

He underwent the surgery and missed the World Cup where France reached the final. He was on Juventus' bench for the first time this season when Monza shocked Massimiliano Allegri's side. Allegri has since confirmed that the 29-year-old has picked up another injury.

Gazette dello Sport reports that the club is becoming increasingly impatient with Pogba and could sell him to the Major League Soccer. Pogba's rampant social media use has also irked the club's supporters. His particular post of skiing while still nursing a knee injury was not well received.

This comes at a time when Juventus are facing disciplinary issues after being docked 15 points over financial fraudulent doings.

Pogba's issues at Juventus

Sports Brief had earlier reported that Pogba has not had quite the top-class performance at club level since 2016 when he reunited with Manchester United.

He left Manchester United for the second time and went back to former club Juventus and has not been able to feature due to injury.

His much anticipated second debut is now off indefinitely after suffering a setback to his injury ahead of a possible return in the cup later tonight.
