2023 Presidency: At last, Atiku, PDP get reassuring message from G-5

Benue state Governor, Samuel Ortom, a member of the G-5 recently made a reassuring remark to Atiku Abubakar and the People Democratic Party.

On Thursday, January 5, Ortom noted that he and his G-5 colleagues are committed members of the party.

The Benue governor made this comment after the flag-off of Governor Seyi Makinde's re-election campaign rally in Ibadan, Oyo state capital.

According to a statement released by his chief press secretary, Nathaniel Ikyur, Ortom noted that the G5 members are working hard to make sure the PDP win the election in February.

“We are committed members of the PDP in their various states and would work to ensure that candidates of the party in their states were elected in the forthcoming polls,” Ortom said.

Other party chieftains are confident that the aggrieved governors would not leave the PDP despite the crisis rocking the party.
