PDP crisis just got bigger as Wike vows to expose party stooges within 24 hours

Amid the ongoing rift within the ranks of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state has vowed to uncover and bring to light some of the stooges in the party, The Nation reported.

The Rivers state governor made this known on Thursday, September 22 during a meeting with stakeholders in the Banquet Hall of the Government House in Port Harcourt, the state capital.

As gathered by Legit.ng, the outspoken governor disclosed that he will be exposing those falsely parading themselves as leaders in the PDP within 24 hours.

He said he will be reeling out their names during his upcoming media chat slated for Friday, September 23.

Governor Wike said after the chat it would be left for Nigerians to decide if such people were still worthy of the ovation being accorded to them.

Wike wondered how the PDP, which could not unite the party was promising to unify Nigeria.

The meeting with stakeholders was said to have the attendance of party stakeholders across the 319 wards of the state.
