Please do not stop there, delete his account - Reno Omokri tells Twitter

Former Presidential aide, Reno Omokri, has commended social media platform Twitter for taking down president Buhari's tweet that threatened to deal with those who, according to him, want to destroy his government.

President Muhammadu Buhari in a tweet said, "Many of those misbehaving today are too young to be aware of the destruction and loss of lives that occurred during the Nigerian Civil War. Those of us in the fields for 30 months, who went through the war, will treat them in the language they understand".

This tweet angered several Nigerians as many reported the tweet calling for it to be brought down as it insights a call for war.

After several calls on the social media gaint, Twitter deleted President Buhari's tweet where he made reference to the 1966 Civil war.

Reacting via his Twitter handle, Reno urged Twitter to also take down the account of the president.

"I commend @Twitter for deleting @MBuhari ’s tweet threatening Civil War 2 on Nigeria’s SE. It was a most irresponsible tweet and Nigerians are grateful to

@Jack for talking that action. But please do not stop there. Delete his account. Buhari is a menace to the world"
