Allan Sharer hails magnificent Kelechi Iheanacho

Former England and Newcastle star Alan Shearer has labeled Kelechi Iheanacho a fantastic player after his man-of-the-match performance for Leicester City against Manchester United.

Iheanacho inspired Leicester City in their quarter final triumph over Manchester United at the King Power stadium, Sunday.

The 24-year-old netted twice for the Foxes and set up Youri Tielemans for an amazing team goal after 28 passes.

Speaking during his duty as BBC analyst, Shearer singled out Iheanacho for praise following the Nigerian’s outstanding contribution.

“You can see from how they played, Iheanacho was magnificent, Ndidi winning the ball in the middle and the forwards are putting chances. They are just joy to watch.

“He was in far post making sure that things doesn’t go away. Iheanacho is natural center forward and he was lucky to get himself the goal,” the former Newcastle United forward said.
