Moses Simon was the hero as he scored the winner for Nantes against Paris Saint-Germain in Sunday’s French Ligue one game.Moses and his teammates arrived the Parc des Princes as underdogs following their recent troubles, but they eventually shocked their hosts with a  2-1 win.

The home side started the match like a house on fire and got a deserved lead through German midfielder Julian Draxler, three minutes before the break.

But the game took a dramatic turn in the second half as Nantes upped the ante and created chances after chances.

The visitors finally had their breakthrough in the 59th minute through Randal Kolo Muani, who fired past Keylor Navas to level the scoreline.

Simon Moses, who is the reigning Nantes player of the year, turned the game on its head in the 71st minute with a super goal.

The winger connected with a perfect pass from Randal Kolo Muani to hand his side the maximum points.

Simon has now scored four goals in 24 league appearances for Nantes this season.

The victory is a boost for Nantes fight against relegation as they are now just a point away from safety.
