The National Assembly has postponed its resumption date to Tuesday, February 9, 2020.

The statement was disclosed in Abuja on Saturday, January 23.

According to the Clerk, the deferment of resumption was to allow lawmakers, who are members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), to participate in the party’s membership registration and revalidation exercise which begins on Monday, January 25.

Since the announcement, some Nigerians have been reacting to the postponement by the National Assembly management.
