Weeks after her husband, Precious Agbabule was killed in cold blood, Rose Boye, wife of the late Nigerian has urged the Ghanaian and Nigerian government to bring the perpetrators of the heinous crime to book.

In a video made available to Mynigeria.com, Mrs. Boye decried the lackluster attitude of authorities in investigating the case.

Clearly distraught, the widow said that the death of her husband has brought untold hardship to her and her two months old child as Precious was their only source of a decent livelihood.

She is calling on the Nigerian Embassy to act on the matter immediately as the killing concerns their citizen on foreign land.

“Nigerian government, I am begging you people, you people should fight this battle with us, we are begging you, people, for the sake of this little one,” She said in tears.

Precious Agbabule was shot twice in the shoulder and leg by a police officer from the Weija Police Command after he [Precious] reportedly wielded a cutlass in a manner that suggested he could be of harm to himself and onlookers.

Eyewitnesses described his death as unfortunate.

Speaking in a separate interview with MyNigeria.com, his brother, Greatness Agbabule, said that some members of the Ghanaian police frustrated his plans to take the deceased body from the mortuary - leaving it to rot.

He explained that he was required to pay $300 (N115,302) per night at a mortuary in Accra to keep the corpse.
