Akwa Ibom sets up emergency isolation unit to battle COVID-19

The Governor of Akwa Ibom, Udom Emmanuel has set up an emergency isolation unit to battle COVID-19 in the state.

This was revealed in a short statement via the state's official twitter handle.

The isolation unit is located at the Multi-Speciality Hospital of the state.
