Two days after rapper Jude Abaga, professionally known as MI, drew attention to a manhole on Idumota bridge, the Lagos State Government commenced repair works on the affected area.

As reported by MyNigeria, MI used his twitter handle to do some good by publicizing the incident.

The resultant effect occurred two days after as the Lagos State Public Works Corporation commenced the reinstatement of the vandalized manhole cover on the bridge.

"Last night the civil work for the reinstatement of the vandalized manhole cover on Eko bridge Apongbon inward Ijora was effected by @LSPWC_Official @jidesanwoolu #RoadRehabilitation #LASG #ForAGreaterLagos," the State Government tweeted.
