BREAKING: Lagos bans ‘Keke Napep’, motorcycles, Opay, Gokada

Lagos State Government has banned the activities of commercial motorcycles, popularly called Okada, and tricycles, known as Keke Napep in some Local Government Areas in the State.

The ban also includes Opay and Gokada operators.
