Controversial content creator, Izzy Ogbeide, has finally spoken out following the heartbreaking death of Ruth Otabor, the younger sister of Big Brother Naija winner, Phyna.

Recall that Ruth tragically lost her life after being crushed by a Dangote truck, just days after her university graduation in Edo State.

While mourning still lingers, Ogbeide released a video on Sunday, August 31, where she redirected her focus to popular critic Martins Otse, better known as VeryDarkMan (VDM).

According to her, VDM’s actions shifted public sympathy away from Phyna and her grieving family, leaving the reality star unfairly judged in the court of public opinion.

It will be recalled that VDM had earlier accused Phyna of demanding a staggering ₦1 billion in compensation from the Dangote Group.

He also alleged that she was prioritizing money over justice, while neglecting another victim of the accident, the biker. Phyna, however, fired back, branding him a manipulator and liar.

Ogbeide, in her emotional video, insisted that Phyna never asked VDM to fight Dangote, but had only reached out to him as a brother for support.

"You took away sympathy from Phyna and her family. You made people hate her. People began calling a stressed, grieving woman a betrayer. She only cried out to you: ‘Bro, see what I am going through.’ She never said, ‘Help me drag Dangote.’ I hope you’re happy with yourself,” Ogbeide declared.

However, Ogbeide locked the comment section of the post, shutting down netizens from reacting to her emotional outburst.
