'You are cursing yourself, not Nigeria' - Reno Omokri tells Nigerians against Tinubu's inauguration

Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri has blasted some Nigerians who have declared a Black Monday over President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's inauguration, which was held today, May 29, 2023.

According to these Nigerians, democracy is dead in Nigeria, because to them, Bola Ahmed Tinubu is not the democratically elected president of the country and he is not the choice of the masses.

They took to Twitter with the hashtag #BlackMonday to express their displeasure about the presidential inauguration.

Reacting to the uproar on social media, Reno wrote that anyone against Bola Ahmed Tinubu's inauguration and is declaring a Black Monday for the country is only cursing themselves.

Reno wrote: "When you say today is a Black Monday for Nigeria, you are cursing yourself, not Nigeria. Nigeria is the largest Black nation on Earth, so what do you expect? A White Monday for a Black Country? Black is beautiful. And the next four years will be blissful for Nigeria and Nigerians. It is only for those wishing evil for Nigeria that the next four years won't be good. I support Waziri Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party. And I support Nigeria. May God bless Nigeria, Yesterday, today and forever in Yeshua's Name."
