The immediate former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, has once again appeared before the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to address allegations of misappropriation of funds.
Bello, accompanied by his lawyers, arrived at the EFCC headquarters on Tuesday morning in response to the Supreme Court judgment dismissal of the states’ case challenging the constitutionality of the anti-graft agency.
Reportedly, the former governor personally drove in a black Hilux to comply with the EFCC’s invitation.
During the previous hearing on November 14, 2024, the EFCC requested an adjournment until November 27 for the new case it filed against Bello.
