Wizkid's 'Essence' becomes the first African song to crack the US Top 50 on Apple Music

Nigeria's Wizkid has once again shown why he is one of Nigerian's biggest music export.

This comes after his song, Essence which features another up-and-coming Nigerian singer, Tems over the weekend reached a new peak of No. 48.

It also becomes the first African song to make it to the US Apple Music Top 50 Songs.

The song was part of his groundbreaking album, Made In Lagos.
