Wild reactions as Atiku, Tinubu meet at Abuja airport for the second time in less than a month

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar met at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, on Monday, November 14.

This was made known by Dele Momodu in a post by Dele Momodu, Head of Strategic Communication of the PDP in a post on his Instagram page.

"The presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, and the All Progressives Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, met at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, on Monday," he wrote.

This is the second coincidental meeting between both men at the same location. The first was on October 17 when they met at the lounge of the airport.

The two friends showed that they were not friends after all, as they cracked jokes, laughed and shared pleasantries.

Tinubu and Atiku are seeking to become Nigeria’s president in 2023 after the exit of President Muhammadu Buhari.

The APC’s presidential candidate was also in Kaduna State on Monday to address the Arewa Committee on his vision and plan for Nigeria especially the north.

Atiku is also expected to brief them later about his plan for Nigeria and the north.
