A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dele Momodu, has said the Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike, will never forget the blinding blow of losing the 2023 presidential ticket of the PDP to former vice president Atiku Abubakar.

Momodu said this after Wike directed officials of the FCTA to seal up Wadata House, which is the headquarters of the PDP in Abuja.

The action was taken by the FCTA over debt owed by the party.

However, Momodu believes there is an undertone to the action, going by Wike's misfortunes at the PDP presidential primaries in 2023.

He wrote on Instagram, "Wike via FCT Authorities seals PDP national headquarters. Suddenly, NYESOM WIKE remembers PDP Headquarters is owing FCT... Was he not the sole financier of PDP and its apparatchiks? Truth is the man will neither forgive nor forget the blinding blow of losing the PDP Presidential primary in 2022 and being rejected as Atiku's running mate...
