Lere Olayinka, an aide to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has slammed Dele Momodu for attacking his boss over the sealing of the headquarters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Abuja.

MyNigeria reported that the building, also known as Wadata House, was sealed by the FCTA for failure to pay ground rent.

Reacting, Momodu expressed the believe that there was an undertone to the action, going by Wike's misfortunes at the PDP presidential primaries in 2023.

He wrote on Instagram, "Wike via FCT Authorities seals PDP national headquarters. Suddenly, NYESOM WIKE remembers PDP Headquarters is owing FCT... Was he not the sole financier of PDP and its apparatchiks? Truth is the man will neither forgive nor forget the blinding blow of losing the PDP Presidential primary in 2022 and being rejected as Atiku's running mate...

In response, Wike's aide wondered if Momodu would avoid paying levies on his properties in London the same way he's angry at the FCTA's action against the PDP.

Olayinka wrote, "Dele Momodu has a property in London. Is he not paying necessary Govt Levies on the property? Does he wait for the govt to make demands before paying?
Will the Council let him escape not paying Council Tax for ONE MONTH and not get a Bailiff to effect the payment?

"Yet, people like @DeleMomodu will come to Nigeria to break laws and be defending lawbreakers.

"But in the Saner Climes where they live, they can't break ordinary Traffic Rules without getting sanctioned heavily."
