A Nigerian musician, based abroad, identified as JohnNetworQ, has vowed to rain heavy curses on former presidential aspirant, Adamu Garba II, if he ever asks him to return to Nigeria.

Adamu, a former presidential aspirant, was recently slammed by Nigerians for saying that "the title of a wife is better than being a CBN governor" in a tweet.

@JohnNetworQ created a long thread where he poured out his grievance with the Nigerian system as favouritism cost him a job he was qualified for at a time he was in dire need of it.

It appears that the former presidential aspirant got what he deserved after replying to the singer another Twitter user with the handle @IKhideJoseph's comments to his (Sen. Adamu) tweet where he was urging Nigerians to stay and build the country.

It took just seven words from Adamu, "leave foreign land and come back home", to poke the singer's hornets' nest.

@JohnNetworQ then narrated how he ended up passing the cut off required for a job as displayed after the CBT.

He didn't make the interview but to his greatest surprise, he said some "Northern Muslims" who didn't participate in the CBT were interviewed and apparently got employed.

@JohnNetworQ tweeted, "... with my last card at the time. Computer based test . U see ur scores immediately u submit. I passed all cut off . Now here’s the gist . I qualified for and NEVER got interviewed. I was at the civil service commission during the interview phase.

"Myself and my HOD then watched helplessly as ur brothers from the north (some of which never took the rigorous exams we were made to go through) strolled in , got interviewed and worked out with employment letters. I’ll never forget the look on my HOD’s face that day," he said.

In the thread, you will also find his narration about how he struggled to graduate after the demise of his father in the year 2000, forcing his mother to sell her personal belongings so that he could buy examination forms.

"... 2000 my father died . 2003, my mother sold her rapper and jewelries so I can enroll WAEC and NECO," he said.

The highlight of his thread, however, came when he promised to curse the former presidential aspirant if he ever makes such statement again.

"Unless u want me to curse you sir @adamugarba , you’ll never ask me to come back home," @JohnNetworQ tweeted.
