What was that? You should've called for Tinubu to resign - Obidients angry at Peter Obi's presser

Investigative journalist, David Hundeyin has slammed Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party for failing to call for President Tinubu to resign.

In a post shared on X on Wednesday, October 11, Hundeyin raised concerns over Obi's presser as he failed to call for Tinubu to step down following the numerous issues bedelving the country.

On Wednesday morning, Peter Obi held a press conference where he addressed President Tinubu to re-introduce himself to the Nigerians and the world.

Obi charged him to reveal his name, date of birth, parentage, schools he attended among others.

However, Hundeyin who was not pleased with the contents of the presser, said the former Anambra Governor missed the opportunity to call for Tinubu's resignation as leader of the country.

He said;

"Peter Obi missed an opportunity this morning.

What he should have called for was for Tinubu to come clean and resign, not whatever that was.

The point of a press conference is to generate a strong headline and a lead story. What was the lead takeaway from here?
