Former Senator Shehu Sani, representing Kaduna Central, said a campaign by U.S. Congresswoman Nancy Mace
against migrants from Nigeria doesn't concern him.
Mace has been campaigning to stop migration from the Third World, which she described as a hellhole.
Her campaign flyer shows a motor park in Lagos, Nigeria. The caption reads: "Ban migration from Third World hellhole."
In a post on X, she said the American people are done playing games.
She added, "We introduced the Third World Immigration Moratorium Act to keep aliens from dozens of third world countries from entering the United States. Many of these nations have repeatedly refused to cooperate with U.S. deportation orders, failed to provide basic vetting information on their own citizens, and left American communities to bear the consequences.
"Entry into the United States is a privilege, not a right.
"We won't stand by while they let America turn into a Third World hellhole."
Reacting, Sani said the Congresswoman's message doesn't concern him because he has no interest in migrating anywhere.
He wrote on X, "This blunt message from Congresswoman Nancy Mace is not for those of us who are not interested in migrating anywhere."
