Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho has revealed why his side stunned arch-rivals Barcelona in the Spanish La Liga on Sunday, October 25.

Los Blancos secured a crucial 2-1 victory away at Camp Nou to close the points gap with their rivals to three points.

Kylian Mbappe gave the away side the lead in the 41st minute before Raphinha equalised for the Catalans in the 61st minute.

The Frenchman later scored the winner for Mourinho’s side with three minutes left on the clock.

Speaking in his post-match reaction, the Special One praised his team for showing courage and refusing to panic even after Barcelona scored the equaliser.

“My boys were amazing tonight. They were very brave, especially in build-up, against a team that presses very strongly and very high.

“And even when they equalised, we did not panic or lose focus.”

Real Madrid will face Racing Santander in their next La Liga fixture next weekend.
