Socialite Cubana Chief Priest has stated that Igbo men from Imo State are more prestigious than their counterparts in Anambra State.
According to him, Igbo men from Imo would rather spend money on expensive items like wristwatches, while an Anambra man would prefer to spend it on land.
He said in a video on social media, “We have Imo, Anambra, Ebonyi, Abia and Enugu, but it’s we from Imo that have more doings and are the baddest in Igboland. Look at how we spent $500,000 on a watch. An Anambra man would use the money to buy land.”
Reacting, an X user, @Online_currenci, said, "U guys are getting it wrong... He's not saying that, imo. Billionaires don't invest or spend lavishly; he's just trying to say that Anambra billionaires are stingy to themselves. Even his chief priest has land and other investments, so don't get it wrong."
@OneSiano said, "I saw this post on FB and to my greatest surprise Igbos started dragging themselves on who is superior to who. It’s quite a shame if this is how you guys want to run Biafra? And these sort of things come from derogatory statements like this from this man; it’s a shame."
@betterbestafrik said, "500,000 on wristwatch, while the youngest Northerner is buying a gold mine, later they will be asking why northern politicians have oil block in Niger Delta, and they don't have."
@winnieforc4202 said, "Foolish man, it is better to invest in land than wrist watches. I have never heard that land perishes, but watches and cars do."
