President Bola Ahmed Tinubu delivered his first Democracy Day speech to Nigerians on Wednesday, June 12.
The president's solemn speech addressed key issues that have plagued his presidency since he assumed office on May 29.
Tinubu was one of the figures who fought for the Fourth Republic alongside the late M.K.O Abiola.
He encouraged Nigerians not to give-up insisting that the economic reforms currently being executed by his administration are meant to fix the decade-long challenge faced by the country.
He also noted that the Federal Government will soon send an executive bill to the National Assembly to enshrine what had been agreed upon with organized labor on the new minimum wage.
