Wake up! Bola Tinubu is a drug trafficker - American mental health counselor

American mental health counselor, Dr. Jeffrey Guterman has taken to the micro blogging platform to share his thoughts about President-elect Bola Tinubu ahead of the inauguration on May 29.

In a post made on Sunday, May 7, Guterman called on Nigerian to wake up and open to eye and that Bola Tinubu is a drug trafficker.

He noted that the president-elect has stolen tax payers money and he should be rejected for the good of the country.

"Wake up! Bola Tinubu is a drug trafficker who has stolen tax monies from Nigerians. Don’t be a sucker. Reject him now for the good of a new Nigeria," Guterman tweeted.

His comment comes following the outcome of the 2023 presidential election held on February 25, where the Independent National Electoral Commission declared him winner of the polls.

Guterman is a known critic of Bola Tinubu following reports of the former governor of Lagos state being involved in drug trafficking among allegations.

Tinubu and his team have maintained his innocence and refuted claims leveled against him.

Bola Tinubu was said to have won the presidential election having had the highest votes. He was reported to have defeated his contenders, Atiku Abubakar who came second and Peter Obi of the Labour Party who came third.

Although the INEC pronounced Tinubu the winner, the opposition parties are contesting the outcome and have petitioned the Election Tribunal. The hearing is said to begin on Monday. May 8.
