Malawi head coach, Lovemore Fazili, has named a 32-member provisional squad for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
The Scorchers will open camp for the competition at the Mpira Village in Blantyre on Sunday.
Fazil retained the core of the team that has represented the Scorchers throughout the year.
Malawi will be making their maiden WAFCON appearance in Morocco.
The Scorchers have been drawn in Group C with defending champions Nigeria, Zambia and Egypt.
Malawi will face the Super Falcons in their opening fixture at Al Madina Stadium in Rabat, on Monday, 28 July.
