'Victory of light over darkness' - Bola Tinubu congratulates Oyetola over Tribunal judgement

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu has congratulated Adegboyega Oyetola over his victory at the Osun Election Petition Tribunal.

The 3-man election tribunal chaired by Justice Tertsea Kume on Friday, January 27, declared Oyetola as the duly elected governor of the state.

Shortly after the victory was announced, Bola Tinubu sent a congratulatory message to Oyetola, describing his victory as worth deserving.

According to the APC presidential candidate the Tribunal delivered justice and restored the mandate freely given to the people and the party.

He also noted that this victory has stopped the forces of darkness that plotted to extinguish the able leadership and progressive good governance.

"The forces of darkness plotted to extinguish the able leadership and progressive good governance that improved the quality of life of our people under your leadership. But today, the Tribunal delivered justice and restored the mandate freely given to you and our great party," Tinubu said in the statement signed by his Media Aide, Tunde Rahman.
