VeryDarkMan calls out pastor David Ibiyeomie over silence on killings of Christians, praises Rev Ezekiel

Social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as Verydarkman, has once again criticized Pastor David Ibiyeomie, founder of Salvation Ministries, for remaining silent on the ongoing killings of Christians in Nigeria.

In a recent video shared on Instagram, VeryDarkMan spoke about the disturbing rise in attacks against Christians across northern Nigeria.

His comments came amid reports that U.S. President Donald Trump was considering intervening in the situation.

According to VDM, while Reverend Ezekiel Dachomo has been vocal about the persecution of Christians, influential pastors like Ibiyeomie have focused their attention on expanding their ministries rather than speaking out.

He suggested that because Port Harcourt, where Ibiyeomie’s church is based, is relatively peaceful, the clergyman may not feel the urgency to address the crisis.

VDM questioned why many prominent pastors remain silent despite their wide influence and large congregations, insisting that their voices could pressure authorities to act.

He also drew attention to the growing violence in Benue State, urging religious leaders to use their platforms to advocate for justice and the protection of lives.

In the same video, VDM commended Reverend Ezekiel Dachomo for consistently speaking out in defence of persecuted Christians. He noted that despite not having the wealth or massive following of other pastors, Dachomo has remained steadfast in his advocacy.

VDM ended his message with prayers for Dachomo and a call to other clergy members to emulate his courage and compassion.

The activist has previously criticised Pastor Ibiyeomie over several church-related videos, maintaining that church leaders must use their influence to confront national issues rather than stay silent.
