UBA Director retires from the board

Foluke Abdulrazaq, a Non-Executive Director, of the United Bank for Africa Plc has retired from her position.

According to a notice filed by the bank to the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Abdulrazaq is stepping down from the position after the expiration of her tenure.

Foluke Kafayat Abdulrazaq joined UBA Group in April 2008 and served on the Board of the Bank for 12 years, successfully completing three terms of four years each. Among other Board roles, Mrs Foluke Kafayat Abdulrazaq also served as the Chairman of the Board Credit Committee.

The Board of United Bank for Africa Plc expressed its appreciation to Foluke for her commitment, leadership and extensive contributions to UBA Group. The Board wished her the very best in all her future endeavours.
