Former Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh has tipped Victor Osimhen to join Spanish giants Real Madrid next summer.
According to Oliseh, Los Blancos are closely monitoring the Super Eagles striker, who has been phenomenal since joining Galatasaray.
Oliseh believes Osimhen could replace Vinicius Junior, who could leave the Santiago Bernabéu at the end of the season.
The Brazilian international, whose current deal with Real Madrid expires in 2027, is yet to agree on a new deal with the club.
Speaking on the Insight Podcast, Oliseh stated that Kylian Mbappe could easily move to his preferred position on the left to accommodate Osimhen in the centre-forward role.
“And there’s a lot of talk underground about the possibility of Osimhen being a candidate. I am not going to tell you how I got this information, but there’s a lot of talk,” he added.
“Let’s see how this plays out. But when I heard it from a top personality, I was happy for the young man,” he added.
Osimhen could become the first Nigerian to play for the Madrid first team should he move to the Spanish capital in the summer.
