Trans-Nationwide, two others announce close period of trading

Three firms have announced a close period of trading for 2019 results

The three firms are Trans-Nationwide Express Plc, Studio Press Nigeria, and Capital Hotels.

Trans-Nationwide Express Plc and Studio Press Nigeria announced a close period of trading for the same date, Thursday, March 12th, 2020 until 24 hours after the 2019 Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31st, 2019 has been considered and approved.

Capital Hotel, on the other hand, announced a close period of trading from, Tuesday, March 10th, 2020 till 24 hours after the 2019 Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31st, 2019 has been considered and approved.

Consequently, no Director, persons discharging managerial responsibilities, Audit Committee Members, Advisers, Consultants, and Employees, with insider information or their connected persons, shall deal directly or indirectly in the securities of both companies during this period.
