Alhaji Mahdi Shehu, a Katsina-based activist has raised some concerns about, Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

Speaking in an interview on Arise TV on Thursday, September 8, the activist urged the former Lagos State governor to be clear on his health status as well as his educational background, more especially his primary education.

With the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) set to officially open the campaign on September 28, the top political players will use this opportunity to discredit an opposition candidate.

"...Tell us, in which town? Maybe the school has been overrun by the reconstruction of Lagos State or Ondo State. Who are your mates in secondary school? Who are they? Who was your mathematics teacher if you were a good mathematics student?" he quizzed adding "Who was your principal, and who were your other teachers and classmates?"

"With the instability in the hand and the leg, please tell us, are you mentally and physically healthier enough to preside over Nigeria?"

Meanwhile, Reno Omokri, a senior special assistant to former president Goodluck Jonathan has in several posts on his Facebook page tried to question the act age of Tinubu.
