Nigerians on social media have reacted to the death of popular comedian, Mercy Cynthia Ginikanwa popularly known as Ada Jesus.

The news of her demise was shared by one Maria Ude Nwachi, a Digital Creator and Strategist on Facebook.

The young actress who has been battling kidney disease before her death sought forgiveness from people she had offended including actress Rita Edochie and controversial prophet Odumeje.

She was 24-years-old.

Haaaa, how her family denied her proper medical attention and instead carried her from one place to another in search of miracles baffles me.

Someone suffered from stroke and needed proper medical attention but they had to worsen it.

Ada Jesus accused Odumeje of doing fake Miracles. She said someone arranges young men for Rita Edochie. These are horrible things to say to anybody. You can’t say something like this to someone and also dictate how they’ll react to it. Don’t use Christianity to induce Forgiveness

Sad! Comedian Ada Jesus has died.

She died in an Abuja hospital today April 21.
She suffered a cardiac arrest last night and was rushed to the ICU where the doctors monitored her. Sadly, she lost the battle to the kidney ailment she had been battling with today April 21.
