Rufai Oseni, a journalist and political commentator has stressed that there wont be anarchy in Nigeria if President Bola Tinubu is removed from office.

This comes after Wole Olanipekun, tghe lead lawyer to President Bola Tinubu at the presidential elction tribunal said at the deposition in court that removing the president from office could lead to a breakdown of law and order in Nigeria.

However, sharing his opinion on the matter, Rufai Oseni on the Whats Trending segment of the Arise TV morning show on Monday, July 17 said "they won't be anarchy in Nigeria despite the president's comment.

"For me, it is the tribunal that will rule on the 25 percent, whatever they come out with, for or against. I dont think the interpretation of the law of the country will cause any anarchy. We need to stop fanning the embers and everything," he said.

"I know that the statement was from the deposition of his lawyer (Tinubu) Wole Olanipekun because they are having their final deposition before they make a judgement on the matter."

"It is for him to make his case and it is the court that will rule. There is no going to be anarchy."
