A female bank staff in Lagos has been reported to have committed suicide following the difficulties happening in her life and the country.

The lady identified as Amarachi Ugochukwu is a marketing staff of a bank in Lagos state.

It was gathered that Amarachi was found dead inside the one of the staff toilet of the bank located in the Ikorodu area on Monday, January 8.

According to the bank manager who has gone to the police station to report the incident, late Amarachi's phone was found ringing continuously on her table with no answer.

As a result of her not answering her phone, her colleagues began searching for her. She was later discovered in one of the office's toilet after the door was forced opened.

Her lifeless body was found on the floor alongside a bottle of an insecticide which she reportedly drank to take her life.

A suicide note was also found by her where she listed her troubles and how she was struggling to meet her targets at work, the hard economy among others.

A doctor was called in and confirmed her death.

It was reported that the police detectives arrived at the scene and moved the corpse to the Ikorodu General Hospital where an autopsy is expected to be carried out on her remains.

Here is what she wrote;

"Nothing is working in my life.
My figures are low
My brain is clogged up
The economy is getting harder
My decisions are wrong
My mind is messed up
The future doesn't seem bright at all, I see extreme hardship. I can't bear the pain anymore.
I'm sorry mum, I'm sorry dad, I'm sorry Nene, Okwe, Yoyo, Nazor, Chuchu, Ifunanya
Dear Lord have mercy on me!"
