Atalanta's new manager Ivan Juric has expressed his desire to keep Ademola Lookman at the club amid uncertainties surrounding his future.
Lookman has been linked with a move away from the Bergamo-based club, with a number of top European clubs interested in his signature.
The likes of Juventus, Arsenal, Napoli, and Barcelona have all expressed keen interest in the reigning African Footballer of the Year.
Juric, however, wants to keep the 27-year-old at the Gewiss Stadium next season.
“The idea would be to keep both Lookman and Ederson, even if the club has clear ideas on the market and I have not made any request on players, not even on those I have had,” Juric said, as quoted by Calcio Napoli.
Lookman had a remarkable campaign with Atalanta last season, netting 20 goals and providing seven assists in 40 competitive appearances for Gian Piero Gasperini's side.
