The viral video of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike singing and dancing to the campaign of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has generated mixed responses on social and traditional media.

The video that was recorded at the office of the Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila shows Wike in high spirits as he sang and danced to the song.

Spotting a blue checked blazer on blue trousers and a blue polo shirt, complete with his trademark hat, Wike sang and danced hilariously to the admiration of those present, including the Chief of Staff, who could be heard remarking that he was glad to have him around.

Rounding up the video, Wike, gesturing with his hand, said he hoped this would come with approval while others laughed.

Though Wike, a former governor of Rivers State is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and has insisted on not leaving the party, he has pandered more to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and is seen as one of the ministers that are very close to President Tinubu.

Reacting to the video, hosts of Arise Television's Morning Show advised Wike to venture into acting after his political career.

"I hope Bolanle Austin Peters is watching because when Minister Wike leaves office, he might need another career. Austin Peter can find a good use for his talent, putting him in a cast to perform on stage. He (Wike) will be quite an attraction on stage," Dr. Reuben Abati opined.

Rufai Oseni adding his voice recommended a potential movie title and role. "The Mandate, starring...Nyesom Wike"
