Political commentator and entrepreneur, Isaac Fayose was in tears as he revealed his wife is bed-ridden due to cancer.

He made the revelation in a post on Instagram lamenting the fleeting nature of life, cautioning politicians about the need to think about the flight of the ordinary Nigerian.

In tears, Fayose said: "This visit is sad because my wife. She is not feeling well. When I got here, my wife was so weak. She couldnt even talk to say welcome Isaac.

My wife that normally pick me at the airport, I ended up taking uber. She cooks for me but at the end, I ended cooking for her. And I say beside her and said I will sing her her favourite song.

You politicians that you are taking peoples money. I hope you dont forget a day like this that is vanity. How many years are we going to be on earth, you take what belongs to the people.

Our $1M house couldn't save my wife, our wealth couldnt save my wife. She was lying there, holding my hand. She couldnt hold it strong.
