Bashir Ahmad, personal assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on new media has received knocks on social media.

In a post shared on microblogging platform, Twitter, human right activist, Omotayo William, took a swipe at Bahir following his numerous commentary on Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party.

The political analyst noted that Bashir lacks proper education as all he knows is to tweet about Buhari for 8 years.

Omotayo described him as an empty vessel with no substance. He said that Peter Obi is the man Bahir's future generation cannot be for 1000 years.

His comment comes shortly after Bashir Ahmad posted a tweet on Wednesday, April 19, saying the north will not vote for Peter Obi because they don't like him.

“Since Mr. Peter has clearly shown that he doesn’t like us, so we don’t like him either. If he stands for election 1000 times, we won’t vote for him 1000 times. We thank God for always showing us his character clearly,” Bashir Ahmad tweeted.

Reacting to Ahmad's post about Peter Obi, Omotayo William shared a throwback photo of Bashir Ahmad. Captioning the photo he wrote;

"8 years difference - Still lacks: proper education, lacks a plan for his future, wealth without enterprise. All he knows is tweet about Buhari for 8 years.

These are the type of people we engage here - empty vessels no substance. Now imagine this type of empty Almajiri boy can’t keep Peter Obi out of his mouth? Peter Obi is the man your future generation cannot be for 1000 years."

While some supported Omotayo Willian in his submission, others condemned him and attributed the throwback photos to Bashir changing his life for the better.
