Senator Ben Bruce loses brother in-law to coronavirus, months after losing wife to cancer

Former Senator, Ben Murray Bruce has lost his brother-in-law, Dr David Hargett through complications from the novel coronavirus, month after losing his wife to cancer.

Senator Bruce confirmed the demise of Dr David in a tweet on Saturday, August 29, 2020.

"Dr David Hargett, older brother of my late Wife Evelyn died this morning from complications of COVID 19. In 5 months, three children have died. The Hargett’s had ten children. I will miss him." he wrote

According to reports, the Senator lost his wife, Evelyn, to cancer in March this year.
