Presidential aide Dada Olusegun has slammed Public affairs analyst and former Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, NERC, Dr. Sam Amadi, over a statement he issued concerning the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

Amadi had shared that the APC is the most organised party in the country, while still supporting Peter Obi, the 2023 presidential candidate, in the same vein.

He said this after Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the APC.

He said: “I do not blame Peter Mba for dumping @OfficialPDPNig for the @OfficialAPCNg. The PDP destroyed itself by love of Wike’s money.

“APC is d best organised & sensible party. But it has bad presidential candidate. @PeterObi is the best guy to save Nigeria now. But which party now.”

Reacting, presidential aide Olusegun wondered why Amadi still believes in Obi, who cannot organise his own political party, over President Bola Tinubu, who leads the APC he admires.

He shared on X, "Sam Amadi agrees that APC is the most organised party in the country, but he wants a man who could not organise his own political party since after the 2023 elections to run Nigeria."
