Senior Special Assistant to Babajide Sanwo-Olu on health, Oreoluwa Finnih has asked Lagosians to stay at home and help Lagos flatten the curve on the deadly COVID-19 virus.

She made this plea to the public after she encountered a traffic jam on a road that was supposedly meant to be free during the lockdown period.

Taking to Twitter to express her worry over, she pleaded and begged Lagosians to at least stay at home and help the state government address the spread of the virus.

"Good people of Lagos. This is not how to stay at home. This is not how to stop the spread, this is not how you play your part. Everyone must play their part. People will fall ill and may die if we continue like this. Spent 30mins in this... An ambulance could be stuck here," she wrote taking to her Twitter page on the microblogging platform.

"Please! please! please! help us to help you. Stay at home! There are too many people on the roads," the aide on health lamented.
