Royal Exchange, FBN Holdings announce closed period

Royal Exchange Plc and FBN Holdings have announced a closed period of trading to shareholders.

This was made public in a notice issued to the Nigeria Bourse where the insurance firm slated its closed period from Friday, April 10, 2020, until 24 hours after the release of the Financial Statements of the Company to the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the general public.

On the other hand, FBN Holdings chose the same exact date to file its report before the Exchange.

FBN Holdings also set up a board meeting on Friday, April 17th, 2020 to consider the first-quarter results of 2020.

Similarly, the Board of Directors of Royal Exchange Plc intended to do the same- hold a meeting on Wednesday, April 29, 2020, to approve their first-quarter results of 2020 and any other business it deems fit.
