Revealed: what FFK discussed with key APC member

Member of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), Femi Fani-Kayode, has revealed that had an intense discussion with a key member of rival party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).

APC has long been a strong political rival to the PDP and FFK's revelation will come as a shock to many of his followers on Twitter, after the tweet dropped on Friday.

He revealed that the "turbulent & intense" discussion took place on Wednesday night and lasted till 3:00am in the morning.

According to FFK, the urgency of the discussion required them to set aside their differences as bitter rivals, he added that "our primary interest is not PDP or APC but the interest of the people of the SW."

As much as everyone would have wanted to know the individual involved in the discussion, FFK , however, intentionally chose not to disclose the information.

Here is the content of the tweet:

"On Wed. night I had long, turbulent & intense discussion with one of the most imp. & powerful political leaders in the SW. We spoke till 3.00a.m in the morning. I will not mention his name because he is a key member of the @OfficialAPCNg whilst I am in the @OfficialPDPNig."

"I will however say this: the sons of Oduduwa have come together as one & we shall prevail over our collective enemies. We have set all our differences aside in order to fight the common enemy. Our primary interest is not PDP or APC but the interest of the people of the SW," FFK continued.

He also vowed that, "from today we shall always put them FIRST!"
