Reno Omokri, an aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan has urged parents to give their children "the best education money can buy".

He made this known in an Instagram post on Friday, July 14.

Sharing a photo of his 9-year-old self, he wrote: "Me at nine years old, in my school uniform, Monday, August 8, 1983, Albany, California. Check out my 80s Jheri curl!"

"A lot about how you handle life and who you eventually become as an adult depends on the standard of education you had as a child. Give your children the best education your money can buy, and they will tend to give you the best satisfaction money can't purchase in your old age. #RenosNuggets"
