President-elect Tinubu moves to Defence House ahead of May 29 inauguration

President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has been escorted into the Defence Guest House in Maitama District, Abuja.

This is according to the Director of Media and Publicity, Bayo Onanuga on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.

In a video shared on the micro blogging platform, Twitter, a motorcade was seen driving into the Defence Guest House.

This comes ahead of the May 29 inauguration ceremony that will usher in Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima into office as president and vice president.

Onanuga noted that Tinubu and Shettima will function at the Defence Guest House until the swearing-in.

“President-elect Bola Tinubu with VP-elect Kashim Shettima moves to Defence House, his official residence pre-inauguration 29 May,” he said.
