The Labour party 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has been spotted in court during the Presidential election tribunal in Abuja today May 17.

Peter Obi is challenging the outcome of the presidential election held on February 25, which produced Bola Tinubu as the winner and president-elect of the polls.

As the hearing was about to commence today, a video of Lamidi Apapa, the factional leader of the Labour Party confronting the director general of Peter Obi's presidential campaign council, Akin Osuntokun over court seat.

Osuntokun was seen seated calmly without uttering a word during the altercation, with Lamidi asking why he was not given the respect as the 'leader' of the Labour Party after the court stopped Abure from parading himself as the LP chairman.

The video making rounds showed the fight between Lamidi Apapa's group and Julius Abure's group at the presidential election tribunal.
