Peter Obi won Rivers state election not Tinubu - APC Spokesperson

The Rivers state All Progressives Congress spokesperson, Sogbeyi Elim, has said that the Peter Obi of the Labour Party, won the presidential election in Ekiti state and not Bola Tinubu of the APC.

Recall that during the election held on Saturday, February 25, there chaos in some polling units in the state leading to the confusion as to the winner of the election in Ekiti state.

Polling agents of the Labour Party claimed the party won the presidential election in the state, however, the Independent National Electoral Commission declared the APC as the winner.

There were reports of chaos and destruction of ballot papers belonging to the Labour Party. Many residents accuse the Governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike of manipulating the results to favour the APC, although he is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Sogbeyi Elim, spokesman of APC River state, revealed in a video that the people voted for Labour Party and not the APC.
