The success of previous rallies organized by supporters of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi has spurred other supporters across popular cities in the country to hold theirs.

From Port Harcourt to Taraba, and now in Enugu, Nsukka to be precise, the message is clear, young Nigerians are seeking an alternative to what has now become the norm.

The rallies which are called the "Obi-Datti movement" has gained recognition in the international media with Nigerians in the diaspora following their every move.

Images from the rally in Nsukka were shared on the Facebook page of Dr. Yusuf Datti Ahmed, the running mate of the presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

"Nsukka Fitness work held a rally for Obi-datti movement. This is amazing," he captioned the photos.
