Persons living with disability protest at National Assembly gate

Scores of Persons Living With Disability (PLWD) on Thursday stormed National Assembly and protested at the main gate of the complex in Abuja.

The persons who are said to be from the Niger Delta region besieged the National Assembly Complex to protest what they termed neglect by their representatives in the National Assembly.

The protesters forced their way inside the National Assembly Complex despite resistance by security operatives at the NASS gate protesting.

They claimed that they were being denied their rights despite being educated.
